- Rinse your mouth with a lukewarm saltwater solution.
- Take an over-the-counter pain medication to relieve your discomfort.
- Place an ice pack against the affected cheek to reduce pain and swelling.
NOTE: If you have uncontrolled bleeding from the mouth or suffer a life-threatening emergency, please contact 911 for immediate assistance.
